This could be the start of a fine finished drawing. Obviously it is a sketch only at this stage. Your composition could benefit from some mid ground and background elements to make it more three-dimensional. As to your request for help with anatomy, your characters are a bit stiff, owing largely to the fact that the arms and legs show little articulation (bending/movement). You might ask a friend to stand in a pose holding a guitar and revise your drawing accordingly.

Next you might add details for realism (buttons, folds, collars, etc.) and add value (shading) for contrast. Your sketch is a strong starting point. Put in the time and effort, and you'll be pleased with the results.
